7:55 Alive!

7:55 ALIVE! is Beach Lake UMC's informal "coffee house" praise and worship service. “Songs for Centering” help worshippers to begin with praising God for many blessings and opening ourselves to God's redemptive work in our lives. Our Fair Trade Café is open throughout the service; worshippers are invited to bring their covered mugs into the sanctuary.

The music team is composed of two lead singers, a piano accompanist, bass, and occasionally drums. Often the congregation is invited and encouraged to more actively engage in worship by playing rhythm instruments. 7:55 ALIVE! is led from the pew level, rather than the pulpit, lending for a more interactive feel.
